Default Twist throttle for Predator?

Does anybody know if they make a twist throttle kit for the predator yet? The stock thumb throttle has got to be about the cheapest one I've ever seen. One good wreck and that thing will be busted.

The key is not to wreck...but seriously they do seem a little flimsy don't they...I haven't seen one yet but am keeping eyes open.

While were speaking of the stock Predator thumb throttle. Whats up with the stock ETC (electronic throttle control) Does anyone know how it works and is it really nessesary. I'll be switching over to Trail Techs X bar and riser when it becomes available in a couple weeks and would rather eliminate that ETC if it serves little purpose, thx, Putt

My brother is putting a twist on his Z this weekend (if it comes on time), so I will see if it will work on the Predator.

The ETC is a shut off saftey device so in the event of your throttle getting stuck open the ETC will shut the bike down all thats inside the box is your throttle cable and two wires if you want you can disconnect one of the wires or remove the entire box but keep in mind there will be no saftey shut off unless you install a tether kill switch or some kind of kill switch at the bar also if your pred is under warranty polaris might have a fit with doing such a modification......Anyways I hoped that helps ya.
