HPD Predator slip-on
Got my HPD slip on today, their website has a dyno chart (HPDengineering.com) that claims five hp at 4k and at 5k and falls off after that. Main jet at 155 as a starting point. Awesome construction and looks but is not USFS approved although you can order a screen with it like I did. I rode a little this evening and you can really feel the new power down low. I did also notice that it would hit the rev limit almost instantly in 1st and 2nd gear. Man, this thing needs a new limiter!

G'day eddie, If your pred is now popping, I don't believe its the rev limiter . I've just been thru all that with the w/b pipe. It was popping @ 5000rpm. I put the original pipe on and it winds out to over 9000rpm. Polaris are looking at the problem . Thanks from down under Geoff.

I believe I've got the bike tuned now with the HMF slip on, 155 main, 3rd groove on the clip, 200 ft above sea level
and about 36 deg F. The popping is the rev limiter, it just winds so fast in one and two now that I thought something was wrong and the noise allowed by the silencer is about 3 times stock. I even held the throttle open in neutral and it is absolutely the bike getting on the rev limiter.
