Default Predator Ball Joints

Noticed the other day that upper ball joints on my Predator are loose. My Dealer is ordering a new set, but has anyone else seen this on their Preds? I have probably around 150 - 200 miles on this Quad and it has not been ridden hard to have this showing up already. Maybe poor assembly? It almost looks like they may not have been packed with Grease, but it is hard to tell until we pull it apart. Any other ideas? Will post what I find out.

I took my predator in to the dealer for that reason and was told that by polaris that they are sent up way that so they don't bind up. It doesn't sound right to me, but what can you do. Does your dealer say they are worn out and is polaris covering the cost. I did checked another pred. at another dearler and the top ball joints were lose on that one too.

The left upper is loose on mine, vertical and horizontal movement. All the others are tight, I haven't rode it yet. Going to have the dealer look at it, I don't believe they should be that way.

I've got a TLD and no problems with mine. All my joints are tight. Not sure if this should be looked at as a setup problem from the dealer. They are supposed to look for those kinds of things when they come out of the crate. The guys at SPORT RIDER have sold 7 or 8 I think and they haven't had those problems.
