Default GPS Questions

I am wanting to buy a GPS and I am not exactly sure as to which one I should buy. I have been looking at several. Like the new Garmin Rino 120 or the Megellan Platinum. I want to be able to mark my beginning point, and set points between beginning to end in case I get lost and to see the map where I have been and where I am going. I would also like to see distance traveled and speed. Anyone have any other suggestions other than the ones I mentioned? I know the Garmin also has a two-way radio and you can send your coordinates to another Garmin Rino so that the other person can find you. Pretty neat. Thanks in advance.

actually i just bought the magellan sportrak map ($180.00 on line) and it has all those features your looking for. it doesn't have the two way radio, but i figured those things never work well, and none of my riding buddies would shell out the $ to buy one. I bought mine from comp-u-plus for $185.00 2nd day shipping included. which ever gps yo decide on do a search on the net for the least expensive. I saved a good chunk off of reatil price. And also if you go camping alot magellan has software you can buy to download on your sportrak gps. they have topo maps and regular city and street map.
