I can only find one. It is on the front drive shaft spline. Come on guys, there has to be more then one on this mud dog!

 

I'm told three the front hubs(2) and shaft spline(1)

 

There's like a million on my buddies 500!!! I couldn't beleive it!!!! More grease fittingfs on his quad than there are on my Truck!!! Oh well, no more squeeks in the suspension.

 

For '03 they eliminated all the zerks on the A-arms.

 

Come on, someone in here must know the corect # of fittings on the 2003 sp500.

Do anyone here really have one ??

On a 03 600.. front prop shaft u-joints 2, front prop shaft yoke 1, Front drive axle U joints 2, back side of front strut at the bottom 2...

snosnake, your right, I asked the dealer today how may of them were going to be on
my New sportsman 500, and he said 7.

should pick up the new bike on monday.

 

There seems to be some inconsistency on these grease fittings, my 03 700 doesn't have grease fittings on any of the u-joints on the front axles or prop shafts. The only ones on it are on the bottom of the strut housings for the ball joints. Some of the eariler build dates I saw in the showroom had the fittings on the u-joints, my build date was Nov. 2002.
