Sport 400 double A-arm help...

Default Sport 400 double A-arm help...

I have a 400 Sport. I am starting to get intrested in racing and am wondering how people design the double A arm designs. How are they made and how are the struts and shocks attached?? I am intrested in learning how to do this or need pictures to look at. Does anyone know anything about this??? Help me if you can Thanks

96' Sport 400
HPD head and cylinder, polished and ported
gert kit
wiseco piston
39mm carb, dial a jet, k & n
HPD pipe and silencer, HPD chain tensoner

03' Predator
86' Suzuki 250R w/ 650 yamaha crotchrocket engine

Default Sport 400 double A-arm help...

you basically take the front suspension from another quad like a 400ex or a 250r and mount it to the front of yours, after you cut all the polaris stuff away.
mount the new stuff the same as it was mounted on the doner quad.
