this is an email i got from Four Stroke Tech "Yes, I have high compression pistons and 530cc big bore piston kits, port & flow work and after we get different black boxes in, we will make bigger cams. You will be able to see our 530 big bore Predator in 4-Wheel ATV Action in a month or two. Piston kits are $195 (plus shipping) for standard high compression pistons and $210 for the 530 piston.

by looking at the picture of the 580 piston in the stock bore, it looks like the sleeve is made really really thick, did they resleeve the
cylinder to get that much extra room?

 

I believe they did....
If you check out that ez board link there is some discusion on it...
I am considering doing the 580 kit ... but not until Summer....
Can't have the bike torn apart for that long.
