Definately a good choice...you can turn it into your project like Scramblerized. We keep cuttin stuff off his bike daily and adding other stuff. The changes never stop...it makes it just a lil more fun.

Do you guys know what the alternator of the scrambler puts out. I am looking at either adding the scrambler headlights to go along with the stock light. If the alternator can handle all 3 lights, if not I would still like to at least add the scrambler lights so I can have high and low beams.

I do not know of the exact number, but i know it can handle the extra. My dealer talked about it all the time when I had my trailblazer. Mudmania would be useful right now...oddly he knows a lot about the circuitry and the battery.

another question for you guys. When nerf bars are added to the Trailblazer does it make it wider?

They are there to just protect your feet and things that may get caught up in the machine. I'll be gettin those soon. I think banshee nerfs go on the best. But if you want a real quick easy install check out hotseatperformance.

They stick out farther than the floor boards. It depends on the brand. AC might be wider than DG. They could stick out past the wheels but not always. It would depend mostly on how you mounted the, what brand you buy and for what model. The Banshee bars are fairly narrow. But Raptor nerfs are a bit wider. They might stick out past the wheels.
