Why is it that most honda guys rag all over polaris quads? I just don't get it! I ride with a lot of honda guys and it seems that all they do is bash on polaris. One of my good friends rides a 300ex, its a great quad dont get me wrong but he talks like its the fastest machine in the world! I think hes been inhaling way to much of the exhaust from my quad being that that is the end on my quad hes most familiar with [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] He has yet to even come close to me in any type of race. I know i do have a 100cc edge on him plus mine is a 2 stroke but come on, he talks like his walk all over mine. lol I guess some people will never change. But i guess he gets his opion from his friend who rides a 400ex. And we all know how well they keep up with the big bore 4 strokes today! (predator, ds, raptor, c-dale) The best part about all this is that i am planning to add some big time mods to my bike. yeah i have beat a 300ex in a drag on my slow sportsman but i think it might have just been a rider problem[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] because i dont think that should have happened there is just no way hondas can be that slow

Maybe jealousy, but I think it's just their way of taking out their frustrations that their manufacturer haven't given up that awesome sports quad they were promised last seasion! Personally, I'm really looking forward to seeing what they are going to come out with, when they stop sticking all that R&D into that automatic tranny 4x4. Lets see, they didn't come out with that sport in 2003, haven't gotten it this year for 2004, maybe 2005!!

I think it was in polaris's early days, that is why ppl rag on them now, because when polaris first started making quads, they weren't that good, and they had alot of problems, but i think polaris has worked alot of them problems out now and they are very nice bikes

 

the reason not just honda owners rag on them because they have no resale have 99 400scrambler and it will not beat 300ex and cant hardley give away
