Default Need a non-ebs primary **CHEAP**

Anyone have one they will sell me cheap? I dont need spring/weights. The sheaves of mine are wore down alot and I cannot justify $200 for a new one. Plus I need to save money to get ready for marengo.

How bad are they worn?? If not awfully bad you can check with Kinetic about a re-build. Just a thought. I hear they do atv clutches also.

Would that be any cheaper than getting a used one off ebay?

It is worn enough that it barely pulls the tires unless you get on the pipe.

Probably not, I got one from a guy for $50. Just make sure if you buy a used one, that it is in good condition with no grooves worn in it.

I will definetly make sure. You would swear this thing had never been over 3k rpm from looking at the clutch.

LOL. The clutches being out of alignment or riding slow at consistant speeds will cause the wearing, unless you have an aftermarket kevlar belt. Towing alot or other high demand situations could also cause it.

The wear is even, so I don't think that they are out of alignment, that and there is no creeping. Who sells kevlar belts, and how are they better?

Kevlar belts are good for high power machines, they will outlast the machine itself, but they eat up clutches is why I asked if you were using one. The alignment can still be off a little and cause even wearing, after you get a replacement clutch it would be very important to have your dealer align the clutch for you or order an alignment tool from Hotseatperformance and do it yourself.
