Default Need help bearings

My Wife's 325 2x4 front wheel has some side to side play in it. I have tried tighentening the outer bearing nut but it is tight already. I think it may be the inner bearing bad. I am ording (2) new bearings and seals. Do I need to replace the wheel spacer also?? I have never taken off a polaris front hub. Can some one let me know the proper way to remove it. Do you need a puller to get the hub off or does it just slide off once the outer bearing nut is off?? Can the spindles get damage easily from a bad bearing??
Thank You

No special tools needed. It should just come right off. What year is it by the way?

If your bearings are worn badly, be sure to check your bearing races in the strut housing for wear, grooves, etc. And yes, badly worn bearings might damage the spindle, too. Good Luck. If you need any more help, post back here.

BTW, don't overtorque the spindle nut. You can wear out the hub innards prematurely.
