best paddles for Scrm 400?
#1
I currently have 20x11x10 sand sharks, and they're cool for handling, and power sliding, but hook up sucks. What would be the best all round paddle (brand and size) for Glamis? I hear all good stuff bout Skat-Trak haulers, but how's handling? Thanks!

I run Skat trak haulers. 22x11x10 8 paddles. They hook up great. It's almost like your on dirt they hook up that good. They handle pretty well. I also run wheel spacers to be more stable so it does handle a little better than without them. The kenda dune runners are okay if you are on a budget around 40.00 a tire. They have them in a 22x11x10 which is the same as the stock tire. Hope this helps. Shawn.

Thanks guys. So, would I be better off with 22's in terms of hook-up? The 20" Sand Sharks are cool climbing steep dunes- it's just when I race, they don't dig in on take-off. What's the pros and cons with 22's and 20's? Thanks in advance!

Well the Skat trac are lighter and float on top of the sand better in my opinion. The talller tire gives you a more taller gear for climbing taller hills. They take off well and don't dig down as bad as the sand sharks do.
