Default New pics with full skid on Predator

There are some new pics of my Predator with the full skids on it in my "pics" link. I'm getting my rezzies charged today (hopefully) so I should have those on tonight.

Yes, that is the factory swing arm guard. I seen no reason to change that, it's very thick and durable, and it slides over obsticles better than polished aluminum. And yes, everything on my quad is Pure Polaris, except the Grip Warmers, K&N Filter and the Uni-Vents.

Thanks for the reply ProX, I have the skids like you but did not change the swing arm skid. I was trying to save some cash for now so I still have the factory swing arm skid also. Thanks I dont feel alone now.

To me, changing the swing arm skid would do one good thing, make it all aluminum. Keeping it stock keeps it stronger, and it slids better over obsticles. If there was a full undercarrage kit as thick as the swing arm one, I would have bought those. Have you seen my rezzies yet??? lol

Actually the Pure Polaris add-on swing-arm guard bolts over the stocker. Double the protection! Kinda seemed like over-kill.....til this last weekends harescramble. That tag team took many a stump, and after a post race inspection, just some scuffs. Tough gear!

The tach's getting there. Not sure on a release date, want to make sure it's spot on and able to take any punishment. I'm in the middle of re-assembling the 400 and installing the trans. The last two days have been bumper crop UPS. The new Comet primary, and the new TEAM secondary. Getting ready for St. Louis runs.
