I ordered some parts from HPD a long time ago (Fri, April 25th) It's been almost 2 weeks??? What service do they ship parts through and does it usually take this long?

Normally, no. The parts you ordered may have been out of stock or if you placed an internet order, they may not have recieved the order at all, I have had that to happen. Call HPD and ask is your best bet. They usually use UPS for shipping.

Either that, or they have not shipped it yet. Normally a company will not charge until the item has shipped, so yep, you need to call.

I've had nothing but good experiences with HPD. Nice people and quick shipping.

I was going to order my HPD pipe from Rick, but HPD seemed easier becasue they have everything right on the site.. Hey I called them today. They wouldn't ship the pipe out becasue I had a question and they couldn't get a hold of me because I put the wrong #, internet, shop, and home I get confused. My question was, the pipe with MTQ silencer it described to be Nickle finish, when you put it in the cart it's black finish? Well nickle was another $60 so I deciede NO. I got the black pipe with MTQ silencer. Very nice people and they said they would get it shipped asap. Can't wait to get the pipe!!

Mojave, you can always ship the pipe out to Jet-Hot. They have really fast turn around times, and do a great job. Lot's "O" Shinin'.
