No fender work needed, It fits nicely. Mine did anyway. I like the pipe, it seems to have a good broad powerband. I can't really tell you about the jetting, I done alot of mods at one time including changing the carb, so... You will probably just have to increase your main jet size 1 or 2 sizes up. I would call Aaen back and ask them, they have always told me almost spot on what my jetting should be. Did you also get clutching with the pipe? It is pretty necessary to get full benefit of the pipe. I would also recommend the HPD airbox when you get the money to do it. You will tell a big difference with just the pipe, but the air box makes a big one too.

Yes I ordered the clutch kit but the bad thing is that I will only be needing the main drive spring since I have a TEAM PERFORMANCE roller clutch wich is bad ***!!! I have a k&n filter how much did the air box help???

Cool, I would like to have one of those myself. The spring change will do fine for the pipe. Is it a clamp on K&N or does it fit inside the airbox?

Cool, check your PM. I really like the HPD box and I think it adds alot of power and is alot easire than removing the whole airbox to do any carb adjustment. I definately recommend it.

with a top end pipe you'll need to spin faster the engine so check for a properly matched clutch kit, also it mean that most HP will be at top end power, less torque but more peaky than usual pipes.
with stock carb, better to start at 290 main.

I'll second that, Bubba's pipe is like new! Most all of the earlier generation pipes were peaky like Scramblered stated. Not til you get into the ATV8 pipe did you have power throughout the throttle travel.

JWB, what secondary clutch setup did you have prior to the TEAM unit? Are you using the Kevlar belt? Getting ready to intstall the TEAM unit with the Comet primary. Gonna try to run both setups at some timed drags soon. Gonna be interesting to see the differences. Also, are you running the newer clutch cover with the larger cooling outlet? Makes a big difference.
