I had a Suzuki 250 back in the mid 80's. A bearing in the rear end went out when I only had a little over 11000 miles on it. Yes, less than 12000 miles.
I now have a 2005 Honda Rincon that I bought in 8/13/2005 new. I avg. 70 trips a year to Chadwick. I'm at about trip 300 and I haven't had any problems yet. When I first start it up, I have to let it idle for 90 seconds and then take it easy for the first 100 yards before the transmition starts working right. That is ok, I can live with it.

my ol' man bought a kawi 360 about 3 years ago, it runs strong, i have done some pretty serious muddin on it and it handled it very well, the ebs (engine brake control), is a nice feature for going down steep hills, all in all i like it, it is a solid machine.
