I typically do a breakfast bowl over the campfire when out fry up some bacon (chopped up into bits) add taters small dice cook them till almost browned all around add onions green peppers eggs scrambled when put on plate add some shredded cheese very filling good for you and cheaper than eating out
for on the go mornings...wrapped in a flour tortilla.

Breakfast.... 3 large cups of coffee or 1 large with a espresso shot and a med. Also have to have either 2 doughnuts or 2 bananas.

You left out your prerequisite 5 gallon bottle of 5 Hour Energy. Jgar just uses rocket fuel. No solids allowed.
