What are the best all purpose tires?

What would be the best all around tires for my 300ex-good for dirt (trail riding, jumping, etc) and hard surfaces(pavement etc)
Im looking for tires that will grip well on dirt and are good for sliding but will not wear down quickly (like Razrs or Holeshots)
thanks

Turf tamers were rated #1 tire for medium-hard packed surfaces by dirtwheels Mag. They are lite weight two-ply tires that get lots of grip. The six-ply razrs have lots of durability but are heavier. Turf tamers are also one of the cheapest tires out there right now that are actually good.

I put Titan Fast Trekkers 20x10x9 on my son's 300ex, with a smaller rear tire, you will need to go up to a 14 tooth front sprocket, or you will hit the rev limiter too soon, and kill your power. got the tires from Nebraska tire, as blems, only 25 bucks apiece, 10 bucks to ship. the only bad part is they buff the brand name off because they aren't a licenced Titan distributor, but for that money, who cares !! they grab great, slide great, and seem to wear real nice.

I think razrs are the best tire for a 300ex, 20-11-9 , great four stroke tire, i would rather have holeshots on a 2 stroke or a high performance quad because of more knobbies.

I run the same thing on my 400ex.

I have a Raptor, and i was lookin for tires. I ride in everything from packed dirt to mud to pavement (just to get where i'm ride). What is the best tire for me? And what is the difference between all the Razrs (1 and 2) and Holeshots (HD, XCT...)??
