air filters?

what is the best air filter for my 1998 sport400? which traps dirt the best, give more power, etc.

MxSport400,

The K&N will flow the best, but the foam filters will protect the best. I've never had a bit of trouble with my K&N, but I'm running a White Bros. airbox to keep the splashing to a minimum.

i'm going to buy an outerwear if i get a K&N.

Uni-Filter is a good quality aftermarket air filter if you want foam.

Note, this has nothing to do with the topic.

Mike, if you don't already know, I thought I'd direct your attention to page 57 of July '00 Dirt Wheels. You (back half of quad) and your wife are in the lower picture. Just wanted to tell you in case you weren't aware.
