well it depends if you want new or used, personally i would get a new z250,because there not much slower than the other two. It's up to you,the warrior and 300ex are awesome quads to,don't get me wrong.

go with the Z250. warriors are great but not fer the cost and 300ex's are waaaaaaay under powered fer a 300. the z250 is fster then the 300ex and probably like 1-2 miles an hour less then the warrior. Z has more ground clearance too soo it can mud better. Personally id get a blaster . Stock fer stock they can beat all 3 of those with your size n weight in a drag and can fly through trails.... just not to good in mud. and u dont need reverse cause its so light. GET a Blaster

I think the Z250 is a great ATV. My daughter has the Ozark. I enjoy riding her quad. My son has the Warrior. Its a Great ATV too, but it has no ground clearance. He gets stuck all the time, while the Ozark plows right through . I think if you are like alot of kids, you may find yourself wanting a bigger ATV in a couple years. Only you know. Just don't give in to the peer pressure of always wanting bigger and badder than Joe Blow down the road. Just be glad you have a quad to go riding. There are a lot of kids that would be glad to be in your shoes. Remember that.
