Im 14 bout 160 and i origanlly started out with a 400Ex, and want something better, and I was wodnering what would be the best for me a Polaris Predator or a Ds650, I like to jump ride wheelies and trail Ride Thanks

ok im not a big fan of the predator,so I would go with the ds. if u get a predator get an 04. the 03 had problems of course

 

i would suggest a z 400, they are alot lighter than both of the quads mentioned, and can keep up with the pred. They are good quads in my eyes, and can do whatever you want to do with either of those two. And it is a bit faster and more powerful than is the ex.

 

Wait for 2004 and the new Honda 450! The DS is too big for you and your riding, though a great bike.

if u were to get a z u would want to buy an stronger frame the z's frame
have a lot of problems thats only if u were to do some real racing.

 

I would really suggest a Raptor.. It rides like a DS just a lot smaller and lighter and is a greaatttt jumper [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

you said your 14 and 160 but how tall are you? the DS fits me great but i'm 6'2" and it might be a little large and heavy for you depending on your heigth. for your age i would look at the suzuki and kawasali 400s. they have plenty of power and might fit you good. don't know your riding skills or what your wanting to do but i would wait before going on to the race bred quads.
