I am able to get a quad pretty soon, I have narrowed my selection to 2 diferent sport quads. I am turning 14...
Honda 250ex or Yamaha Blaster Help I can not decide.

I like the fact that the 250ex has auto-clutch, but don't like the fact it isn't as fast as the Blaster.

I like the blaster cause of the speed and acceloration but I don't like it that I will have to learn how to use clutch and worrie about stalling it and stuff like that.

Any opinions are greatly approciated, thanks

 

Well, if you get the 250ex you will soon want to go faster and there isnt really alot of things u can do to make a 250ex really fast. If i were you i would suck it up and get the Blaster once you master the clutch youll be fine and you wont stall with practice. Whenever you have the need to go faster than the blasters "peppy" engine has the potential to really flex its muscle with some engine mods.

 

Once you learn to use the clutch its really nice to have, and it just becomes a habit.
