Is the 250R and 250X chassie the same or are they different. Is the 250X a good all around chassie or is it junk like the motor in the 250X.

I am playing with the idea of getting a 250X and doing a motor swap but what to know if the frame will handle jumping and holding a bike motor.

 

the 250x chassis is pretty like the 250 r i think the chassis can support a bike motor with little jumps but for better jump i think you will need to do modification

 

The 250 x and r chassis are a lot diffrent. The 250x chassis is the same as the 300es frame and the 250r is more like a 400ex frame. When my motor builder used to race he always put 350x motor into 250r frames. Built his own 4 stroke before the factories made any good ones.

 

Is the 250X chassie not worth doing any thing to. or is it able with some mods.
