Do ya'll know any info on the NEW 2004 Kasea Skyhawk 250?

Kasea 2004 Skyhawk 250

Read something in dirt wheels. Engine is based on Honda Rebel. twin 125 four stroke. Someone fixed one up for racing. More for looks than results. Has a distinct sound.
