i haven't ridden the honda 450r yet but i have ridden the yamaha 450... Being that it's so race oriented i found it hard to get the front end in the air.... The engine has the power it's just the frame won't allow it...

um yea i dont think anybody has riddent the honda 450 yet..
and i dont know how u can say the 450 isent good for wheelies
ive had the front end up through all 5 and rode it a little in 5th
its accually easy like any quad you have to learn its ballance point
u cant just get on a new wheeler and think you can ride a wheelie

How would anyone know what wheelies better? If anyone has ridden the honda, I'll give you a dollar. And why wouldn't the yamaha wheelie? Would you say the same about your YZ250F because it's a race bike?

I have to disagree with yfz blaster, Once you really get the hang of riding wheelies to the point where you dont even think about it, you should be able to ride one on almost any bike.

i have a question about wheelies, and i know i'm gonna sound like an idiot. i can wheelies standin up, or with my foot in the grab bar, but i can't even come close to wheeling while sitting down. the only way i can get it up is to pop the clutch in the wet sand. i've only tried it in sand so i think that might be my problem.
