z250

all you honda guys- the 250ex is an awesome machine not knockin it im not brand loyal i like em all except for thos crap chinese ones, but i just prefer the z250

i hope 2 get a z250 before next summer because the suspension on the moto-4 is crap, and i am not good with the manual clutch on our z400. but im only 12 years old that means its up 2 mom and dad if i get it or not and that sux cuz i really want one. hopefully i can.

why don't you just learn how to drive clutch better instead of going out and buying a slower z250 when you have a z400 its not that hard to ride a clutch

wow this is an old forum, but the z250 and 250ex are like equal, both are very good quads, z250 is a bit faster, but the 250ex is around $400 dollars cheaper (depends on dealer), and with that 400 dollars after u buy an ex u can pipe it and get a jet kit and new air filter and it will go 8-10 mph faster. so it all depends on how much u got in ur pocket

The z250 is the same thing as the 250ex just upgraded. The z250 is a little faster and had more suspension travel but not much. Since the 250ex is like $300-400 cheaper than the z250 than with the left over money you can get a pipe and stuff like that and be faster or just as fast as the z250. When it come to shock you can adjust them and that's that. Overall for the difference in price and since they are so similar that the 250ex would probably be a better choice and it a honda too.

Vunit right........except u say that the 250ex doesnt have as much power and suspencion a the z250 but u will have more money to put into it for upgrades and more power so then it would be like the z250. But if u put the same stuff in the z250, then it will always be slightly ahead of the 250ex in a subjects. Go with the z250 its worth te extra 3 or 400 dollars!
