You have to be kidding me. Please dont be ignorant. Raptors had a problem in 01, fixed. Most atvs have a problem or two along the way. Honda is exceptionally reliable, be happy with that.

it's not fixed. My two buddy's who have raptors one is a 02 and the other a 03. Trannys went out on both of those.

 

Hey RACER you dont need a HPD quad to beat the EXs and Raptors just a few good mods and they will make excusses at the finish.I know my 400 Sportsman beats the 400 EX es and they wonder why?Simple 2STROKE and the right mods!!!!!!!!!

funny, I have had an 02 and an 03 raptor and my cousin has an 02. No problems. A few hundered people on these forums have 02, 03, and 04 bikes with no problem. Theres even a website devoted to the resolution of the 01 problem, www.raptortranny.com
