400EX with a pro circuit t-4 exhaust and stage 2 jet kit or stock predator. who wins in the drag, top end and aceleration. also, which one would you pick??

I'd pick the preadator and probably for the woods too but I would take the ex on the mx track

A piped Pred beats a 440EX in a staright drag so take what you can from that.

 

I would take the pred for all kinds of riding.. good all around quad...

 

Well I forget what magazine I was reading but they said the predators suspension was awesome on trails but that it wasn't as good on the mx track and that it bottomed out easy which I don't know if its true or not.

This is off the topic a little but I heard predator made a 440 kit just for racing that costs like $1200. I wonder how that will do against the competition

 

I heard Modquad say that the 440 kit gives you a lot for your money too.

 

Take the predator till you install a high compression piston, and stage 2 cam.

 

there about the same when the 400 is worked on but it costs some coin.
