Pro quad fmxer Jon Guetter earlier today did pull off the backflip. This is actually not a scam as far as I can tell. Anyone who knows Jon or any of the Guetters knows that there family are naturally born legends when it comes to atv freestyle. Click here to read more. Jon is probably the one person I believe has the skill to pull it off. Keep checking back on that thread throughout the day to see the pics and vid. They are working on getting the pics and video posted, and hope to have them all up tonight. IT MIGHT HAVE ACTUALLY FINALLY HAPPEND!!!

I didn't say it happend for sure... I'm about 90% sure it happend, couple people talked to Derek Guetter and they said they did it and have tape. From when I've talked to Guetter over on qfmx he hasn't ever lied and has only been helpful. Derek and John wouldn't want to get it out so bad if they hadn't actually pulled it.

 

i would say its possible, just have some speed with a small and light 4 wheeler ( blaster) and hit a step step jump and pullup at the top and clutch it at the same time. dont want to try it with my tb but if i could find a cheap old blaster i would give it a shot i like doing crazy thing [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]

I would think someone has pulled off one before, i saw a video of a backflip on a sled and that is much more weight than most quads.

I'll buy someone a Blaster if they'll try a back flip and send pics and video. Probably be faster than waiting on these pictures.
