Default the law

this is kind of confusing... The other day i was riding on Mr. Rogers (not actual name) land, he has givin me permission to do so. And i cross over Mr. Smith's land to get to mr. rogers (i have permission from both to ride. now the other day Mr. smith tells me that he has been getting complaints from the neighboors that its too loud and says if i want to keep riding on mr. Rogers land that i need to put my stock pipe back on. (even though im not riding on his land and the other guy is cool with it). Now my question is.. is it legal for me to continue riding on mr. rogers land as long as i have permission from him? The question is, is there an actual decible restriction... am i disturbing the peace? Thanks alot in advance.

if its private land than i would say yes, but mr smith i wouldnt get mad cuz you ride on his to and the complaint department is basicly blaming him for the noise. i would just try to come to a common ground and make ever one happy.

It is his land. He make the laws there. If you want to use it you need to find common ground.

Remember Loud Pipes are loosing us land.

I wouldn't p-ss him off. If they are nice enough to let you ride on their land do as they say. It sounds like you got a good thing going for yourself. If the neighbors are complaining to Mr Smith, they will soon be complaining to Mr Rogers. You will be better off riding around with a stock pipe then not riding at all. Learn to respect other people. lol

I got a question.

How in the green he!! can Mr. Smith tell you that you cant ride on Mr. Rodgers land? If Mr. Rodgers doesnt care how loud it is then i wouldnt put the stock pipe back on. I wouldn'tride on Mr. Smith land though.
