My friend has a dirt bike and wants something bigger. I am trying to get him to get a 400EX, but he wants a dirt bike what to do? Also what would it take for a 400ex to stick with a Raptor? Thanks

A 400ex would need a high comp piston, aggressive cam, new carb, pipe and filter, and another 40ccs of displacement to come close.

It would take all that to come close to a piped Raptor. I know a high compression standard bore with pipe, and stage 2 cam, won't come close.

A stock Raptor would be easier to catch with a high compression standard bore ex, with stage 2 cam, and pipe.

Thanks, also what is a good way to get power to the Raptor for not much. Those of you who have 686 kits and 727, how much did they cost you total and have you had problems. Thanks.
