Im going to be buying a new quad. I got my choices down to a 400ex and z400. I really like the z400, but i heard all differnet stories about their frame. Has their problems been fixed? I really dont want to spend my hard earned money on something then have to just get another frame in a couple of months. Please help, im so confused.

The 400EX has really come down in price around here, and they are a really good quad. Awsome wheelies, in face i'd have to say the kind of wheelies. However the Z400 is a shadow of the DVX Kawie 400. So parts will be pretty much interchangable in those, I would imagine this would help in price control and for availibility of parts as well. As for the frame, If it's anything like the DVX, in fact it might be the exact same, I have a friend and he weighs in at 300 lbs! and he rides and jumps that thing everywhere. The frame has bent, but....... that was because some guy hit him at 70 Km from the side with a griz, which would bend anything. I'd say go for the Z400, ot the dvx, or kawie whatever it is. lol
