Ok I just got rid of the old recon ,and yes I have plenty of driving experience on big quads...banshees,raptors,,etc.
I have been saving up for awhile and was thinking about getting a used quad and I have about $3500 and my parents arent like my friends and say I have to buy it myself. The kids I ride with have a banshee predator 400 scrambler and a raptor do you have any suggestions on a used quad around 3500?????I had a 400ex in mind.

 

400ex would be a nice choice for the money, find one for around $2900, then mod the heck out of it, thats what id do.

I think you could get a real nice 400ex for that, or even a banshee if you like 2strokes.

 

tryin to stay away from 2 strokes bcuz of the maintenance.

$2900???? yeah for a 1999 that has no axel, handlebars, engine or headlights!!!!! or onethat has been run into the ground!!!!!!

 

quit being a smartazz, There is a 2002 model at my honda dealer for $2950, it is in very good condition with dg nerfs, i looked all over this thing and it was nice. next time, Ask questions before you make yourself look like an idiot.

 

You can find an 01 with a pipe and nerfs in most papers for around 3k. You can get 02 and 03 models stock for 3500. My neck of the woods anyway.

 

Or if you are interested in kind of an older quad....the old sport 400's are pretty good too....plus you can get them cheap and have money to mod them quite a bit.

 

you can get a DS650 and blow away all your buddies!!!!
