I just went and put a deposit on my Raptor and they told me they did not know when the shipment will be in. They said it could be anytime between mid August up till October. When did everyone elses dealer say theres will arive. I hope it is before Labor Day but I doubt it.

 

I have my Raptor on order and my dealer said it should be here anytime in August

Seeing as how we (Midwest Motor Sports) have had '01 Banshee's, Warrior's and a few YZ's on the floor for 3 weeks already, I'd expect it in by the end of August.

Where do you have your's on order at?

 

My dealer here in AZ was saying mid-Aug but now is saying end of Aug. Something about a two week slip on the production line. The dealer also said that about 7 to 10 days before they start shiping there will be a big media thing, TV, radio, newpapers, etc. Said Yamaha is going to make the shiping of the first Raptors a big deal.

 

Im third in line for mine I asked the arrival and he told me November. He said the other 2 he was getting were scheduled to be there Sept and Oct.
Not sure all dealers have same schedules though!

I was told by my dealer that my Raptor will be in around SEptember sometime. Off the subject, Accroding to the dealer, with the Raptor being so close in price to the other sport ATV's, the sales are going to hurt the other ATV models

I am first on the list at the dealer I am getting mine from.... they said sometime twards the end of this month or first of next...... I can't wait

 

Our sales manager at work said he was just told last week to expect out first ones in the first week of Sept., and possibly as soon as the last week in Aug.

 

I orderd my Raptor from Chesterfield Valley Powersports last week. If I remember correctly they said they're getting 12 in all at once and I was number 9 on the list. They said I will have it mid to late August. After reading all the different post, especially in the Yamaha section, I hope the arrival date that I was given is true. Time will tell I guess.

If you are #9 on the list, you had better hope Santa drops a few off at CVP's on X-mas. At most any dealer in our area will get an initial allotment of 3.
