Either 250ex,z250,or trailblazer 250.

 

I'd say 250ex z250, but you might outgrow them. I would have to say the biggest quad you should get would be a 400ex or raptor 350

 

get a mojave it's a nice quad to start on that's what i used and now it's modded and as faster than a 400ex

 

my friends have a mojaves and i dont wanna copy them. I wanna atv that can beat them.

 

300ex, raptor 350

 

yeah i would get either of these or the 400ex,but the 400ex don't have reverse and you being a beginner i would stick to these two,the 300ex will compete right with the mojave and is actually better in some ways and the rap has a little more power than the 300ex.

When I was 8 I started riding my grandpas TRX3004X4 then when I turned 13 I got a 2004 400EX and that's what I have now. I like it because it has the right amount of power but I also like it because it doesn't have reverse so I need to use my head when I get into certain cituations.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] I beat Z400'S all the time and even piped ones every once in a while.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

The best beginner quad is something used and cheap. 300EX or smaller is what I'd recommend. Ride for awhile and use that experience to help you decide what you ultimately want.
