Well since I havent been able to find anything on the new 400ex, i guess ill post it. Its on the honda website. What are all your opinions of the identicle plastic to the 450r?

 

I like the idea of reverse, makes it a even better trail bike. But it'd be better if they changed the plastic slightly to make them more unique. I wish it'd be like the yfz450-Raptor. They made the basic shape of the raptor (IMO) into the YFZ but gave it a different look. They should add something different to distinush between the to. JMO

 

i love the 450r styling, personally, but i also liked the 400's... it made it unique, which was nice. i'd rather they didn't change the 400's looks... oh well. btw, reverse can't hurt...

 

are they out yet?

 

I think that will be an awsome bike I would love to have it ! The only reason I didn't get the 400 when I bought my 300EX is because of the reverse thing because I do alot of trail riding and riding in the snow so reverse is a must .

 

wounder if the plastics will fit the 99-04's

Just got mine yesterday! I'll test it out tomorrow! I only bought my 300ex 10 months ago because it had reverse and the 400 didn't. I'm glad they came out with it. I really like the plastic, it looks really good!!

 

I don't like the treand of companies making all of thier quads look alike. did anyone see the new Banshee, it's awfull[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] so now the Raptor, Warrior and Banshee all look similar. and now Honda is doing the same thing with the 400ex and the 450r [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]

I'm glad my ds650 stands out!!

 

personally i don't like the new plastics now i actually have to look to see what kind of quad it is i loved the 99-04 400s way better thats one of the reasons why i bought it there was no other quad out there that looked like it but reverse is a nice touch but i can do with out
