It is not a question of which is better, it is a question of how do you ride? Aggressive/racing-yfz More relaxed-Raptor

 

im going to go out on a limb here and say

fast- raptor
quick- yfz
handling- yfz

 

The raptor and YFZ accelerate the same, but the raptor has a higher top speed. The YFZ handles ALOT better then the raptor.

 

top speed is about same, dont listen to the magazines

 

I do. when they test both back to back and rader test both back to back i have no reason to disagree, expecially when they are the same manufacturer. The YFZ isnt made for a high top speed, its ment for racing, the Raptor is made for trail riding. Two toally diferent machines made for different things...

 

so then niether were made for top speed. its still basically the same. one may be faster at a different elevation u ever think about that? why do u think u never see the same top speed numbers in the magazines?

i didnt quote an exact top speed for either, but when one magazine test's both back to back on the same day, and they say one went 4mph faster then the other, i belive them. Quite beeing so stuck - up, your like that in all the threads..
