I guy who lives down the street from me has a 250R he says he "could" sell if the offer is good. Here's what I know: It has a Bill's exhaust, the back tires are no good, and he says it is bored to a 330. I believe he said it was an 1989 but I'm not sure on the year. it looked like it was in OK shape. the plastics were pretty faded and scratched, but that doesn't bother me. The frame looked good from what I could see (I was only able to look at it for about two minutes while we talked on the road, and he is never around to let me take a look at it) He says that he never rides it, and he even stores it at his buddies house. What is it worth, and what is a reasonable offer? I know I was pretty vague but any help will due.

Make an offer around 2000, then see where it goes from there. Remember, you can always say no.

A 330 bore is pretty huge for a 250R, not the biggest but its big. It doesn't seem right that he has a 330 bore and it isn't as tricked out...
