meh, the othey day a jet kept flying real low around my neighborhood so i had to go jack some chinese 50, hit the powerband and popped up next door to the jet. flipped him the bird and he bout messed his pants seeing a kid next to him on a quad doin 750mph. You guys are amateurs,I make my own powerbands... Ill tell ya the secret,open a cheap new generation DVD player and pull out the powerband(near the laser),then dye it to the color of the HP you want to obtain and then slam it in your quad,it might need a little adjusting caus its homemade but it will fit. I bet you didnt know that DVD players had powerbands did ya [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] I dyed my homemade ones neon black and went light speed,its too much Im gonna make some with more controlable speed like red or yellow ones [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

my blue powerband fell off my Z while i was riding[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] it sucks. Hey i remember when my friends were younger and they thought their warriors and blasters could do 90 to 120 mph. i always tried to tell them they couldnt go that fast but i guess i was the only smart one in the group lol. What the heel is with the powerband thing lol. anyway, for all you kiddies reading this.......you cant buy, lose, or sell powerbands. We are kidding.................great thread, first one i have laughed at in a while. Hey guys good luck looking for a powerband. Where can i get one of those 40hp yellow ones?...........................

 

Well I Myself own a 01 Banshee and i took it to the shop and had blue PowerBands installed.And i have found that if you Run Sailboat Fuel at a 40:1 Ratio it will hit 180MPH[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]

 

Since i lost my blue powerband i tried using armstrong bracelets.............lemme tell ya guys! they are the best way to go. They run about $5 a band on ebay but if you buy them off of lances site you can get them for a dollar a peice. NEVER try using the copycat LiveStrong bands in blue, pink or red, they dont hold up. Once i hit 130mph, it snapped off and i had to push my bike home. Always carry a spare though just incase of an emergency. The 40:1 sailboat fuel works great! thanks for the input Six2notScaredofU! I would recommend switching from that blue powerband to the yellow armstrong powerband if i were you.
