Hey everyone.. I own a 05 YFZ450 i have never been able to ride a 450R YET! i was wondering if someone could tell me how good the 450rs actually are. I had a chose of buying any quad i wanted when i got my YFZ i was trying to chose between the 450r and the yfz at the time and i got the yfz because in my opion the 450rs are just about ugly (no offense to anyone who owns one because i guess they are good bikes i just dont care for the way they look) But i am just wanting to know how the 450r actually compares up to the YFZ.

The 450R owns the yfz! Yeah!!

 

when u start modding the two the yfz comes out on top. thus yfz will kill in mx or any other racing

 

The 450r but not by much.

 

The same mods and the better rider will win.

 

every thing depends on the rider in every situation it depends on the driver alaways i don't care wat u say

 

well if u have a pro and i total idiot racing i know who will win but if ther even remotly of the same skill the yfz will win every time

 

I have a 05 450r, and i just met a kid who had a yfz. I had never rode a yfz and he had never rode a 450r. So we swaped and he and i both agreed that my 450r felt more powerfull from 1st threw 3rd gears (we were on a small home made mx track).
both bikes were stock and in perfect running condition.
