Raptor handling....

A longer axle in the rear and longer A-arms up front is the best way to do it. I've also seen lowering kits to bring them down an inch or two.
Axle spacers are also an option, Dura Blue makes a nice set but I hear they are not as strong as going with a full axle and A-arms. Of course it's a cheaper option.

New, low or zero preload shocks make a big difference on their own even without the widening. The whole package is the way to go, along with a longer swinger. It will never handle like a yfz or the little 400's though.

My buddy has a Raptor, and he had the same problem with tipping. Step back and look at your Raptor from the rear end. What do you notice. What the hell?!! Yamaha put the narrowest axel on it that they could find. Its 1-2 inches shorter than any other quad's axel. Wierd. Slap a +2 or 3 axel on that puppy and you will handle better than you thought possible. Don't mess with the A-arms. They should be the same width as the axel.

i removed the radials, which are a BIG part of the problem, and installed holeshot XCTs on douglas rims. It's not only wider, but the tires are stiffer and taller too. no more flats! and it handles great! RMATV buy em installed. only way to go. I softened my suspension settings with these new tires...
