Default Flat track tires
what is the best flat track tire and rim combo if i want to do mostly flat track with a little off road

Well you dont take flattrack tires off road, at least not for long...

Hoosiers are the best, but many places have outlawed them. American racer seems to be the perennial favorite.

i have to agree hooser is great i haven't tryed americian racer i am currently using a new type of tire you can get it at recreationtire.com look up tt tires. they are pretty cheap but are best for loose tracks.
