Default Cleaning/Oiling your air filter...

How often am I suppose to clean and re-oil the air filter on my Raptor 350, I have a GYTR air filter w/ the prefilter (similar to a K&N)?

Be conservative. It's better to cleand it to often than let it overload and risk passing dirt or clogging up and ruining your performance.

If the GYTR is really a K&N (I hate those things!), clean it religeously.
