I'm wanting to set up a quad for a mix of top speed and acceleration

Would an EX with a 440 Bore be the choice or a 700 with a Trinity 734 on it

Wanting it to be good overall

man 400 ex, it is lighter, more power to weight ratio, more mods, and NOT AS HEAVY for racing, better cornering with the 400. if you going to do that might as well get a 450r more power, wider and just as light as a 400ex pm me if you want

I have ridden my buddies 660 raptor numerous times. Definetly faster but alittle top heavy. I think my 400ex will outhandle it but if I had my choice I'd still take the raptor. Then widen it alittle.

This is really going to be a debate on how much you have to spend. You can get a 400ex and 440 it for VERY cheap. I could (and probably will) add a pipe, hot cam and 440 eventually. I'd still have less than 2600$ in it.
