what should i get i have a 300ex and im looking at the predator 500 i am 13 and im 140 pounds. i like to go to the dunce a lot and i like to jump and go fast on trail and really in joy hill climing. what atv do u thinkis right for my.

 

the Predator is a great quad but I don't think it is the best duner because I think they are heavy. I also think that would be a huge step from 300cc up to 500cc and you only being 13 I could see you getting hurt but thats just me. If you can't live with your 300 which I had till i was 15 and still ride it every now and then then I would say look into the 400s. The Z400 or the 400EX would be a good one to go up to, my dads friend has a Z and he smokes predators all the time on the dunes. Look into the Z or the EX before you go to the predator I think you will be alot happier and safer on one of them

 

im 14 and im looking at the z400s, the 450r and yfz. But im leaning toward the z because im an all around rider, they have reverse, and they are more comfortable to me. Plus I have a few hours on the z400. but only about 1 hour on my friends yfz. i would say the 400ex or z. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

Thunder that guy's Z must have a lot of mods to smoke Preds. Just 3 days ago my friend wrecked 2 Z's with his Pred while spinning his tires for a gear untill he got traction in second. My friend rears had mud all over them, and yeah his Pred is stock.

 

any sport quad can spin tires. twink u should get a Z400 or 400ex. a z400 has better stuff though, gas shocks,liquid cooled, any of these 2 would be a good choice. thunder is right those preds are heavy and would be crapy in the dunes.
