to much oil

Default to much oil

hey i need some help im a city kid who got thrown in to the country and bought a four wheeler and dont know **** about it i have a 04 400ex and my bro put to much oil in it and its burning oil like insanely so do i take out all the oil or what help please

I would drain all the oil. You might as well do a complete oil change again. It's better to be safe than sorry. If you are still burning oil after the change let me know, or if any one else wants to chime in.

i agree drain it iv doen it but it didnt burn oil

Did you drain the oil?

Default to much oil

ok so i did the the oil change got every drip out and put the proper amount in and its only burning a little bit now not nearly as much smoke but still a little bit

Don't worry. It won't cost much to rebuild it if the rings are gone.

holy **** i realy *****ed it up lol he just said rebuild lol if thats the case i think im gunna turn it ofver to the guys who know what they are doing at the lacal honda shop cuz knowing me ill ***** it up more thanks alot guys
