These engines don't have oil pans!

Cars have seperate pans that bolt on the bottom of the engine, but not motorcycle engines. Do you mean the external oil tank, which sits in the frame in front of the engine????

Start by pricing one at the dealer. Usually they are outrageous, but sometimes not. I usually find it is just simpler to pay the dealer, than waste my life looking for something cheaper!

With the dealer's price in mind, then you can look around for a used one. There are some aftermarket ones, and folks will have pulled their stock ones off to replace them, and have one sitting around the garage unused.

And, call it a tank not a pan...nobody will know what you are talking about otherwise....
