i have a 400ex and is trying to install nerf bars[dg with heal guard]. i cant get the bolts for the foot pegs loose. any ideas on how to?

 

soak the heck out of them with Liquid Wrench, let them sit and then soak them again........

and then get a bigger wrench and try and break them loose....... if they still won't break loose get a torch and heat them up.......

 

heat them up with map gas it should loosen up the rust on the bolt
