First, Im 6'2" and pushin 200 lbs. Second, Im going to college to play football but i still wana have a quad when i come home, so it has to be dependable. I ride alot trails, and a little MX. It's gonna have to be used as i cant afford a new atv. My price range is around $3000. These are the atvs im thinking about: Raptor, Predator, bored out z400. Feel free to tell suggest any other atvs.

You need a DS 650 for your size if you want something that is bulletproof and comfy. IMO, and you can find a decent one for that price.

A 400ex would fit you good dont let people tell you that it is to small it will fit you fine. They are one of the most bullet proof quads out there. they are reletively cheap too.

bigned1904 has a point, I've occasionally seen them sold for just under 4 grand, but they're usually not in the best shape. The DS 650 is a really nice quad, it has great power and the baja models have great suspension. Used, I would have to say it is the best.

Both the Z400 and the Honda 400ex are excellent bikes the Z being water cooled and the ex being air cooled. Both bikes have simaler output with z taking home the race trophy. I'm not a big fan of the 660 a little top heavy but still a good quality bike. You should be able to find any of these bikes in your price range!

the predator is a pretty good quad the problem i see for it is that they only made them a couple of years so parts will get harder and harder to find parts for. and aftermarket support will almost be none.
