Outlaw 450 sputtering

Outlaw 450 sputtering
Having an issue with the carb on wot. Cleaned the carb got a bit better but still it sputters for a good two seconds before it clears up pulls and through, this only happens when I snap the throttle quick, whenever I go slow to full throttle there is no sputtering.

Any ideas on what I should do?
